About the event

Betsy and Brian Davidson are opening their Carmel home at 14060 Brookstone Dr, Carmel, for this BYOB festival of good eating and spooky fun!

You can enter your chili for a chance at a big prize! Or you can come as a taster-judge of this ancient dish. Everyone will vote for their favorite, be it Texas, Mexican, white, con carne, or squirrel, the best will be triumphant!

We are looking for at least six to ten or more, entries.

To enter your chili dish send an email to larry.clarino@cirpca.org

Don’t make chili? That’s okay we need taster/voters to judge the cuisine!

While not required, we strongly recommend wearing a Halloween costume for this wonderful fun afternoon of epicurean gormandizing!

When you RSVP be sure to PICK-ONE:

  • I will bring my favorite chili...

  •  I’ll bring a side, corn-bread, salad, dessert, and so on…

  •  I will attend and vote on my favorite chili!

This is a BYOB Event! The Hosts will provide corn chips, shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, chopped scallions. They will also provide the cups, plates, napkins, cutlery, ice, bottled water, and soft drinks.

Space will be provided for crock pots with access to electrical outlets.  Chefs should also bring their own serving spoons.

Football fans won’t miss their favorite game, since we will be sure to have the TVs tuned in.

(Georgia isn’t playing that day, so we don’t have a dawg in that hunt).
