The "Going to the Dogs" Charity Driving Tour
This is a wonderful tour of some great roads, through some beautiful covered bridges! All for a great cause, Speedway Animal Rescue (SAR). $30/car--all for charity--Limited to 20 cars.

About the event
It’s been a ruff year, so get out of your bark-a-lounger and join the pack on September 19th fur the Fifth Going to the "Dogs Driving Tour"to benefit the Speedway Animal Rescue! We’re paw-sitive you’ll have a good time.
We’ll depart 11:00am Saturday, September 19th, from the Dollar General parking lot, 1313 W Main Street (US-36), Danville, IN 46122. Our first stop will be lunch lakeside at Sahm’s Haven on beautiful Heritage Lake. We will then meander backroads to Bridgeton Covered Bridge for ice cream on the Big Raccoon Creek around 4:30pm. $30/Car, all for charity -- limit of 20 cars.
In 2024 SAR spent more than $87,000 on spaying/neutering, vetting, microchipping, vaccinating, medicating and kennels for more than 300 dogs, cats and other animals that came into the rescue. Every dollar you contribute helps these unfortunate animals.
